My friend has a Vstar 1300 and it does not fit. It would be difficult to build one for you without the bike. If you wanted to donate a 1300 backrest to modify I could cut it and make one from that.

I got 1 of the chrome grab bars but sold my roady..I kept it cause it was rare..anyone need one?
