I tried the corbin, mustang, repadded stock, Ultimate (it lasted 100miles before I shipped it back!) before having a custom seat from Bill Mayer saddles: http://mayergonomic.com/
I rode up to his shop in Ojai, CA and he made a seat that fit me and finally I can ride all day without pain. He can custom make your seat from a picture of you sitting on your bike and your real weight and measurements. You can get all kinds of different covers made for your seat colors, vinyl, leather weave etc.

For me, The Ultimate seat with backrest is the ultimate. I did cut an inch off the backrest to allow movement rearwards for more seat repositioning on long trips. I've ridden up to 960 miles a day with minimal discomfort using the Ultimate Seat. Do your research before you buy and try a few if possible.
