Best Highway bar for my '05 roadie 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago

Hey everybody, I'm wondering who's got the best highway bar for the roadie. I'm 6'5" and looking to stretch out on my long rides. I'm not a huge fan of the pegs that come off the floorboards so I'm definitely looking for a engine guard style bar that I can throw some pegs on. Opinions and pictures would be awesome! Thanks

I have the Yamaha Big Bar and Kuryakyn Longhorn Offset Dually Highway Pegs (#4575). The pegs are adjustible to accomidate the extra tall or extra short individual. One of the greatest buys IMHO for my '01.

+ half a dozen on the fatty bars, it may not make a big difference unless you slide it down the freeway at 65 like I did, then it makes a huge difference and you learn why it is sometimes call a crash bar.
It burnt over half way through the Cobra fatty bar with no damage to the bike at all.
When I first got the Roadstar some other Roadie owners advised I get the Cobra fatty because it's hefty enough to take a hit, they were right.
I have the old bars hanging in my shop to remind me just how heavy this bike is.

I have a Baron's highway bar with the large ISO pegs. It works for me but I'm 5' 10". If you look at the mounting system you could fabricate a longer piece to go between the peg mount and bar to suit you.

Send me down an angel to keep me steady on my way
Cause you know that Im not perfect

I have the Yami big bar, and am perfectly happy with it so far. I've never laid mine down, so cannot attest to the "crashability factor". My footpegs are an issue though...been thinking about a Lindby bar, but would rather keep mine and get different pegs.
If anyone has a pair of the Kuryakyn Longhorn Offset Dually Highway Pegs (#4575) for sale, I could use a pair!
