need new lowers. how much wind protection do the jtd hard lowers provide? What do you think? www.jtdcycleparts.com

how do they compare to hd lowers or bucks lowers? I'm running a reckless fairing. I had the HD ones but am not impressed with the quality, because one cracked.

Thanks guys

Slyguy, I like them. Make sure you have the right crash bars though. Talk to the owner, he's really customer friendly. And yes they do provide much wind protection and has a window you can open to allow more wind for your engine... ( I always keep mine closed, doesn't seem to bother the engine. )

Did you use a big "fender washer" on the Harley lowers?

If not they will indeed crack.

yeah, I had them for about 3 yrs with fender washers, with no problems. I only like to buy things with no moving parts, once!

Just got off the phone with the owner of jtdcycleparts.com. He said if you want better picts of his products go to www.jtdcycleparts.net. The " dot net" site is far better than the "dot com" site. Check it out.
