thinking about changing it up 1 Year ago

Been considering switching from my beach bars to 14" apes, my riding has been cut down quite a bit and I no longer commute on my R*(So Cal lane split) so I have been thinking about going ape. I already have 4" over cables and barons pullback risers so I was thinking 14" apes might work with only needing to solder wires. I found these 14" x 1/4" apes from PCS. What advise do the apes have for me?

You had to extend your wires for the beach bars? I think I could have gotten away with 14's on wiring, external wiring anyway. If you went back to stock risers I think you might have an easy job

Anyone used those apes from PCS? seems like a good deal. @JB - I sold my stock risers guess I'll have to price in a set of those too. Steven

I can't remember where I got my bars but they are 14" on a stock type riser. I have a set of stock risers that were opened up on the outer sides to accomidate the wider stance of harley handle bars. P.M. me if your interested with your address and we will see what it costs to get them to you.
