They at the top of about 12 inch chrome rods and mount easily to licence plate with provided brackets. I can't post all in one reply, so I will post a couple. I used one of those bicycle rack holders clamped to the luggage rack with a clamp from my weed wacker handle, then I used those extra large twist ties for a little extra support on the smaller flags and and to hold down the large flag.
