That would be easy with my setup, the only thing is everyone would have to have the sissy bar, would work with or without the luggage rack, but looks better if you can hide it with a roll pack on the luggage rack. IMOP....

I purchased a pair of marker lites from JC Whitney. They at the top of about 12 inch chrome rods and mount easily to licence plate with provided brackets. And they are inexpensive !!!

Took some pictures today of the bike fully loaded with flags (as many as I have). I can't post all in one reply, so I will post a couple. This shows them mounted to the platform that Ironman made.

one more..

I used one of those bicycle rack holders clamped to the luggage rack with a clamp from my weed wacker handle, then I used those extra large twist ties for a little extra support on the smaller flags and and to hold down the large flag. (I can just pull it out and use if needed for a PGR flag, it's 8' tall.
