I have them. They work well. Only thing I had was the inner sleeve of the throttle grip came loose from the "ISO" part. I just super glued them on and they seem to be ok.

I recommended them to my brother in law and they fell apart

I have a set on my 06 Virago and they work great. The caps looks cheap, but I had an extra set of kuryakyn caps and put them on and no one can tell that they are to cheap ones. They all think they are the kuryakyn grips.

My feeling is why bother with the cheap ones. The real ones aren't that expensive. Less than $70 for the real thing and better quality.

I've never heard of the real ones having to be glued together!

Re:clone grips 1 Year ago
I had to glue them (fake ones)because I screwed up when putting them on and twisted them the wrong way to much and broke the glue loose that it came with. As far as I'm concerned $70 is a bit of money versus $25 or so.

I happy you haven't had problems. I was twisting it the wrong way i.e. forward. And they were a 1/3 the cost so I didn't expect them to be the quality of the Kury's. They work well for ME.

That's the beauty here. You can build yours anyway you want too.

For me, I'll take the higher quality route. I've seen enough in my life to know what lower quality gets you. It's seldom the cheapest total cost option.
