Also a little trick you can do to keep the bars from moving on you, if that is a problem, is to get the bars in the spot you want them in, make a mark that you can use with the top clamp off to line the up again. Have a helper hold the bars in position for you, use a set punch to make a couple dimples in the bars, under where the top clamp was. Now drill small hole down through each dimple and into the lower clamp. Now you can drive roll pins through the bar and into the lower clamp. Replace the top clamp, and I promise you those bars will stay put.
By the way I like those bars too, I have seem the same style with bends at the bottom for fairing bikes.I want these.
I think they will look bad ass on a blacked out bike.
