Yes the guards and rails are Yamaha.

They are two separate pieces. Saddlebag Guards - STR-5VN33-00-00, Saddlebag Trim Rails - STR-5VN72-70-00. You can run the guards without the rails but not the other way around. Mike

I have the same guards & trim rails - I got the guards on ebay, and the trim rails after searching for a while on Google. I was able to save about 25-30% over dealer prices, even after shipping.
