That pipe is awesome! Did it by chance come with O2 bungs on it? I love 2-1 pipes, never saw that pipe. You got it for an awesome price. Damn it I'm gonna start looking at eBay now.
NO o2 bungs..my 2000 is carb not FI..and yes, these pipes are awesome and $279US. I wasn't going to spend any more money til after the riding season..but when I saw the price well, I just couldn't NOT buy them now. Regular price is $649 US .
Can you give us the link for those again?

EDIT: I think I got the link, but not at $279. Did you pay $279?

The Roadburner website indicates that the Velocity Pro 2-into-1 is the same as the Velocity Lite, the only difference is the endcap. The endcap is not going to change the sound or the tone of the exhaust, would it?

Edge, would you buy them again, rather than the duels?

Yes, definitely... I feel more torque, especially in 5h at low rpm's..if that makes sense..and after a week or so of riding..I think I'm getting better gas mileage..I also like the built in heat shield almost right off the manifold....in traffic..right thigh isn't getting as hot as it was with long shots & no heat shield that high up...so far....luv'em
