I re read your previous post, what are you stuck with? Do you have a set and dont like them? If you have the plexi deflectors I doubt you will find the HD ones to "work" any differently. I guess I am confused.

A small peice of selfadheasive wheatherstriping between the plexi and the bar at the top will help with the buzz effect. I did it to mine and it helped.you just have to build it up thick enough till it stops!!!!!!!!!!

Barly noticeable

If all else fails, get a dremel and elongate the hols just enough for adjustment. and keep trying the good part is all the riding you HAVE TO DO to get the adjustment right. this will also help combined with billjr weatherstripping. hang in there take it as a challenge that you WILL overcome enjoy the rides.

I put the Harley lowers on my Roadie and love them == you need to put a spacer on the top bolt. I made one by cutting a peice of chromed tubing from an old fender mount with a tubing cutter. It was about 7/16 long. The bottom bolt I let mount flush.

My friend put spacers on both and the vibration was horrible. Removed the bottom spacer and it was gone.

Hope this helps. Oh, $66 from Harley vs well over $125 from Star.

I had the HD lowers on, the long lowers..drove 25 miles and took them off...the "buzz" was terrible.

Could you shrink your pic down to 450 pixels wide and 50 kb in size? Photobucket has photo editing software on their site if you don't have the software on your computer.

Thanks
