License plate frame 5 Months, 1 Week ago
Want to replace the ugly frame dealer put on - and had to put upside down to fit the Road*. What do you guys recommend? Don' want to go bonkers just for a frame. How about this Cobra?

I'm thinking about the ones that light up in conjunction with the brake light. Don't know if they're worth the money but they sure look purdy.

I put a $10.00 chrome one on from the local auto parts store it was good quality heck I even think you can get them at walmart. I did eventually go to the kuryakyn taillight and license plate frame and love it. Fifty Yet

I put one on from Wal Mart. Cost like 10 bucks and has an eagle with spread wings. It's all chrome and engraved the bikes name in nicely.

I did the one at Wal-Mart also. Looks good and don't cost an arm and leg.

I'm guilty too ... Bought one from Walmart and then cut a piece of polished aluminum diamond plate and mounted it on the back side... and to finish it off, bought the license plated bolt chrome covers .....

Take a look at www.signaldynamics.com they have several choices. I have their QUAD hooked up as tailights, stoplights, and turn signals. The frame looks good and I think the added lighting adds safety.
Either starcruiser06 or I can get them for you at a discount.

Think I'll go with the WalMart special. Need to save for fixing up passenger ride quality

I've had this Star verson for 10 years and it still looks new. It has a polished back and a plexiglass cover over the plate.
