I am looking for a place the sells Spikes to replace the speedo alan head bolts. The three bolts that are visible and attach the speedo to the tank for an RS 1700. Thanks

I have seen these on E-Bay. They are fairly cheep, also look in some of your bike mags, like jpcycles or jc whitney, look good for tag spike bolts and make sure they indicate the tread size, I bought some that were metric and they fit, but the middle bolt had to be cut shorter, worked perfectly.

I've always said that if cars came with a 6 inch spike attached to the center of the steering wheel we'd all drive much safer. One kinda like this!
