What if we don't know if we will be able to make it to the M&G? Can we order a shirt and then have it mailed if we don't make it to the party?

My advice...pay the shipping in advance if you're not sure. If you show up at the Meet, then I'll reimburse your shipping cost right there.
But if you don't pay the shipping and also don't come to the M&G, then you will receive no shirt until I have the money for shipping.
I am not making a penny on these shirts and rockers, but also, I don't have the money to cover shipping and other expenses as a result of plans changing. As I mentioned before, it's too much trouble to mess with pennies and odd cents. That's why the price of everything is rounded up to the dollar. After the event is over, and all shirts and rockers are distributed and mailed, any and all extra revenue that resulted from the sale will be given to "Support The Clinic". Our Mods and Administrators do a great job keeping the Clinic a well run and fun place to be, and I feel there would be no better place to donate the extra monies than to them. When that time comes, I will post how much was donated.
