Went to a "Bike Blessing yesterday that was put on by the local Christian MC. There were 150 Bikes at the actual blessing which is a lot for the area I live in. I had the only Roadstar (hell it was the only Yamaha for that matter). There was one Vulcan and the rest were....you guessed it.....HD. I guess they need all the help they can get .

They did an "overall" blessing then came to each bike and prayed for it and its' rider individually, so now I can cancel my insurance

After that 50 of us went on a 120 mile ride thru the back roads of Southeast Iowa. Beautiful day! I have my "Dew Rag tan back

Local CMA chapter puts on a ride every August. Guaranteed 100 miler. Great ride with great people.

I went on a CMA sponsored ride yesterday as well. There were 90 bikes total, about 30 metrics and the rest HD. From what I saw, there were 3 roadies. Had a good time....ended up getting a gift certificate and an HD shirt via the drawings. I'll have something to wipe my @55 with now when I'm on the road....kidding. Gave it to one of my buddies that rides an HD.
