For the guys (and gals) coming down from the Appleton area I got a couple of routes. One takes us down Hwy 78 (scenic) for 242 miles. Another will take us relatively straight down (135 miles) and off the super slabs. The return trip will be through the Kettle Moraine area. Very scenic (Wisconsin's version of the Dragon with stop signs). Lemme know if you need more details (specific routes, etc.).

Sounds good Jim. I think there will be You and the Mrs., me & Scootergirl, EMU & Mandy, Silver_Fox & his son?, CoyoteMan1, and Jsway, and maybe one more from this area all meeting up and going in together.

Anyone else traveling in a group? Now is the time to put it together.

We can still use the Fox River Mall (exit Hwy 10/41) for a meeting area. Just a matter of what time. Depending on whether we take a more direct route or we take a scenic one will be a group consensus. Dunno when our planned arrival will be with rest/gas stops and all. BTW there's a methanol-free gas station back on Wisconsin Avenue and Badger (about 1 1/2 miles) in case anyone wants to top off. It's everyone's call.

Yeah count us in. Still want to hook up at Fleet Farm on the way down to Appleton?

As far as the trip down, if we're not really on any timeline let's take the scenic route. Ireally like the Kettle Moraine route for the return trip too! Gettin the itch bad to leave! New tires and all the goodies are finally on the bike

OOPS you said next weekend Thought you were talking bout the M&G.

Whats going on next weekend?

Hey Darn, that would be great, i will call you next Saturday evening to meet up on Sunday. Should be done with all the in-law chores. We could meet up in Green Bay then ride down to Appleton to visit with Greyphart.
