I'm 200 miles south of Memphis but there are 2 places there that I want to eat. Dyers Burgers on Beale St cooks their burgers in grease that they have been reusing and straining for 100 years. Sounds sick but people love their burgers. And Interstate BBQ, home of BBQ spaghetti and BBQ salad!

625 mi, 1000km later. Puting my feet up in Danbury CT. Changed my front tire before leaving home. Thought I had another 3000 mi left on the rear. I thought wrong. Maybe those cords will give it more grip. Now I have to wait till the bike shop opens tomorrow. I guess a slow start is better than a dangerous one.
