It'd be fun to crash that party, but I probably won't...see, I was thinking it was a planning meeting for a day ride during the M&G; I could ride down for that pretty easy.

I think its a planning "luncheon" (dammm I'm eloquent, aren't I?) to discuss their ride TO the M&G. I already have a ride planned for the actual M&G.

It's back roads from Maquoketa to Anamosa....visit the National Motorcycle Museum and/or J&P Cycles......eat a lunch at a place called "Scooters" in Anamosa....ride back to hotel in Maquoketa and possibly have a BBQ from the back of Warden's trailer.

Sunday is anybody's guess....we plan on riding up to Savanna, IL and going to "Poopies" which is a biker friendly bar & grill that also sells motorcycle accessories and clothes. Then I'm headed south from there along the river to the house.

Alright, sorry Ironman, we had a 4 to 3 vote on taking the direct route down 151 into Iowa. I put it out there to meet up with you in Peru Il. on Hwy 80, but it got voted out, it would have added a couple more hours to the 5 hour ride, plus the logistics of the meeting up time with you. If nothing else, we can ride at the M&G. See you there!

Just on the ride home from GB today I can tell I'm gonna need some kind of cushion for the trip. Ordering a backrest next week and gonna play with some seat cushion options too.

GP

PS. Ironman, ask Darn how he voted.

Okay, I voted to go straight through and Darn leaned towards the side trip but the majority won. BTW Darn, where'd you get your flags again?

Fly me flag on Ashland Ave in Green Bay. When we split if you would have turned left and gone about a mile (just on the other side of Lombardi) you would have seen it. I can't see them when I'm driving, do they stand out pretty good?
