First, a bit of background. I kind of implied in nightstar's thread I'm not much for the whole piss-up scene...that's just a good way to ruin the next day's ride...nothing wrong with it but maybe that's just me.

Sure, I wanted to take a look through the Tour Expo. Even managed to get some highway pegs and a throttle boss, but mostly I went for the riding.

We rode down Sunday the 3rd and stayed at O'Sullivan's in Lake George and did a loop from there each day. Finally rode home on Saturday the 9th.

The weather didn't exactly cooperate, so it was ride in it or stay locked up in the motel room...not happening. The rain gear was a necessity on each days ride, but oh well, what can you do.

Long story short...if you get the chance to ride in the Adirondacks/Vermont...I highly recommend it. The roads were designed by a biker.

I do roughly 3,000 miles a season riding the Dacks.
Last Sunday we hit Long Lake, Mirnarva, Haig and Newcomb.
