#100690 slyguy (User) Platinum Boarder Posts: 1167 Replacing stock headlight 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago   I was waiting over 2 months for the Adjure Wave Cut headlight. Still on backorder. I decided to stop waiting and get the Pie Cut instead (close enough). The lamp came in today. I tried installing it, but its loose. Here's what I did: Removed light from bucket by removing the two side screws on the headlight ring. Disconnected the h4 plug from the light. Removed the two long adjuster screws Removed the three little screws holding the ring to the stock lamp Removed the old lamp. There's a bracket at the top. I couldn't figure out how to remove the inner assembly from this; and didn't think I should force the issue. Attached the new lamp to the ring to the light assembly and reassembled the long adjuster screws. There's some movement of the light (not a lot). I know if I put it back on my bike, it will rattle (annoying) and eventually probably crack or break. Am I doing something wrong or do you have a remedy to stop the movement?
