I have an '06 Roadie, just installed a 30 tooth and had to install a 128 tooth belt with it. The whole process took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. "You have to remove the rear fork to change the belt". As for the mpg, I did a 3 hour trip and averaged 46 with my girl on back. The roadie still has plenty of top end left. In fact I beleive it helps it push through the wind better. Power wise, it'll leave a mark when you hit second and bark the tire in third
