Hope the riding is good for everyone. 1 Week ago
I mean that seriously.

The weather here in New Hampshire has been horrible for the past several weeks. Cold and/or rainy. The few days for the last month that have been nice enough for riding have unfortunately been days that I have had to work. By the time I got out of work, I may have been able to ride an hour or two before it got too cold again. When I ride, I like to ride all day long. Haven't had that chance so far this year.

I look at all my bikes in the barn and wonder what else I can do to them while waiting for better weather. All the fluids have been changed on all of them. Cleaned up, polished, misc nuts and bolts re_tightened etc. Nothing else to do on them. It's even been too cold in my barn to work on my restoration bikes. I have four of them just waiting for paint.

Of course, as usual, a few days later in this week coming up are forecasted to be good enough to ride but unfortunately work gets in the way. And, next weekend, of course, is going to be sucky again.

Looks like we are going to go from this crap straight into the unbearable summer heat.

I feel your pain. I have been in the same boat. I have put a whole 9 miles on so far this year. Hoping to get at least some miles in tomorrow. Got a wedding next weekend and my mom's birthday Sunday, so it is shot too. Ugh.

I feel for you guys. Ive travled a lot in the east and the weather can be no fun.

Out here in central Ca.people complain when the weather gets below 70 degrees.

Took an all day ride yesterday thru the serria foothills with MJ Score. A little windy, but real nice mid 70 degree ride.

Next weekend supposed to be in the 90's I'm sure people will probably complain about that too.

I'm in NH also and it has sucked so far. I haven't even taken the bike out of the shed once. May 14 Stoddard NH 5" of snow and Nelson NH got 9". WTF Both of those towns are 15 miles from me. To think Laconia Bike week starts on June 10th. This has been very depressing indeed.

The weather in MN has been very cooperative for riding. 80 and sunny yesterday, but I've had my bike out as early as mid-Feb this year . Got a few rides in during March, and pretty steady riding in April/May. A bit cold in the AM, but that's what they make layers for. Sorry you East-coasters are having a rough go so far this year. It will get better... hopefully soon! Ride safe, everyone!

And to think that I dragged my bike all the way from Texas to this lovely NH weather. It's got no where to go but up!! I did get 1 nice Saturday and rode up to Squam Lake, had lunch at the Looney Bin (nice waitress to admire!!) and came back to the hotel.

Even with a sore leg, I've been out this year so far pretty much every other day. This Texas weather has been great. Only bad thing though is knowing them HOT days are a comin',,,,,

I did 161 miles yesterday morning by myself thinking it was going to be 15 or 20 when I started. Rode kind of due north out of the Florida panhandle into the lower part of Alabama and the weather was perfect for that. Lots of rural backroads
