I love it, no stress and I can grow a beard, yahoo..... Me and my late Military Working Dog "Bundy" on Ops. I have a new dog now called "Jack" a pure white German Shepherd. Out of the permanents now and in the Reserve (same as your National Guard I think...) but going through the discharge process. I monitor fire, life safety and paging systems, dispatch technicians and inspectors and approve impairments. Then a metal decorator for 15 1/2 years (printing on tinplate). Got terminated from that may 30 and still have not found work and fighting unemployment. By Day I am a Corrections Lieutenant in the state prison system. Been there almost 28 years. Spent time transporting prisoners 40-50 at a time by bus across the state from prison to prison. For the last 5 years I have been the training coordinator for my facility of over 400 staff. But foremost I am the Asst. Chief of our local combination (Paid/Volunteer) fire department.
