I am the team leader of 7 maintenance guys in the plastic bumper shop. We look after 3000 ton injection machines and 30 paint robots. When I am not on the road I work out of the shop building the machines. Now I am the Air Force Reserve Command, Major Command Functional Manager for Civil Engineering Training. What that means is I am in charge of training for Civil Engineering for AFRC.
