We can decide on a place to go for dinner as a group. You can just do the ride or meet afterwards and just dinner and visit and decide on breakfast the next morning. This ride will be about 160 miles in length. (edit - one bridge will be closed mileage slightly shorter.)

Saturday, July 15th,
The Mary’s Peak coastal run! This will be a full day so please, Kickstands up promptly at 9am, Please make sure you are topped off with fuel in Albany before you arrive. We will have BBQ hamburgers and hot dogs along with side dishes and visit after our ride. Join us for the ride or meet for BBQ afterwards or both! This ride will be along the coast and about 240 miles in length. We may have some adjustments due to time but expect plenty of time to take in the views during the day.

Yes, Thursday. I'm coming in from Coulee City WA. 375 miles. 6.5 hours driving plus breaks. I'm also stopping in Portland to visit a friend.

So it depends on what time I can leave, but I'm guessing I'll roll in around 7 or 8. Might just set up camp and crash, but we'll see how it goes.

PM me your number Jay so I can contact you.

This trip is going to be 2000 miles total!

Thanks for the offer of the trailer, but I actually like camping. I like my set up and I don't get to use it enough. And I'll be bringing it all anyway.

I'm looking forward to the trip. I've been needing to go on vacation for a while. See you all in a couple of weeks!

Sweet! There is tent space next to the office as well. You're going to roll in Thursday aren't you?

Doing a lot better, but still experiencing a lot of weakness. My first week home entailed a lot of driving to all of the different Dr offices for follow-ups. Ugh, the road up here from Garberville is very bad and beats me up. Not sure if I will be up to any long drives anytime soon, but I will wish you all a Happy M&G and be there in spirit. Keep the shiny side up, and be extra watchful, seems to be a lot of 'road-rage' incidents out there this summer.

We are back, just picked up 35 cities on the ABCity tour and did 2279 miles. Our short day was about 200 miles and our longest was yesterday, a little over 400 miles but average about 350 a day.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the M&G! You all be safe out there.

Add those mid 80's temps to The coast weather that shows clear and mid 60's so by all means it looks like the perfect weekend for riding!

I'm getting amped up for this trip! I got all my camping stuff packed up. Checked tire pressures. Bike washed to make room for fresh bugs.

I started to change the oil, but I didn't need to. I usually just pull a drain plug first. But for some reason I checked the dipstick this time. The oil looks new. So I saved that one. I generally change it at the end of each season, but I don't remember doing that last year.

This will be my first ride with the ED solo back rest too.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone in a few days!
