well it finally happened to me... 4 Months, 1 Week ago
Last weekend I got a little over 50 m.p.g. once, and have been staying in the 47-48 m.p.g. range. Bike runs sweet. Today I rode about 125 miles. Went to fill it up and it took 4.4 gallons! 28.4 m.p.g.! I havent done anything to the bike recently so I checked the PMS to see if it was backing out. Sure did, all the way out, it's somewhere between here and Indiana line. Funny thing is I couldnt really tell it was missing except for a little loss of low end torque, and the idle soundin' a little off. I've seen some guys here talk about this but never thought it would happen to me....(famous last words). New Barons is on the way. So, you guys might wanna check PMS setting every now and then ...just in case. Musta been when I was runnin' with those H-D's last weekend,... I was losin' parts but they still couldnt take me! ....Oh yea.. If any of you Hoosiers find my pms setup, could ya mail it to me?

Thanks for the heads up...I'll have to check mine but I'tll have to be when I'm stopped because my bike is going so fast the wind just rips my arm back if I let go of the throttle. Heck, if I didn't have the fairing and windshield there would be so much wind I'd probbly have to wear a seatbelt to stay in the saddle. You know how those white bikes are...just ask Musky
