LOL Okay here's the update. I pulled the motor out and killed my back in the process but it's okay, I'm drowning the pain in beer. I'm getting tired of looking at it already! I wanna ride! One boy job and no broken backs." Learned the same lesson with the Sportster I re-did. Laid the frame/engine on the bench and took off the frame leaving the engine. That was after I just about blew out a disc doing it the other way. The Sportster didn't have a 45 lb. crank either. Will be waitin' for pics on the rebuilds. One boy job and no broken backs. Doc That's what I did, I put it on the right side and pulled the frame off, I just have a bad back and it doesn't take much to hurt it. This is how I left it last night, I was in too much pain to continue. This is how it sits now. Now I can finish the welds smooth it all out. I'm going to cut off anything that is not necessary and grind down all the welds. Then powder coat the frame and the legs of the springer.   Logged     His name is Mr. Grim and I am the Grim Rider.
