I have come across an issue. I installed V&H
LongShots and a K&N BAK
, and rejected with a dynojet 195 main
jet. Instructions called for needle clip on 4th position, and 3-1/2 turns out on PMS
screw. When I started the bike it poured black smoke. Give it gas and it would die immediately. So I let it warm up and rode it, and the bike just felt tired the whole time. No pep! So I changed the needle clip to the 3rd position and changed the PMS screw to 2.5. Bike runs happier, but she's still real boggy when accelerating from cruising up until around 2,000 RPM
, then its like the bike wakes up. Do I rejet again, and tell dyno
that their numbers are off, or do I keep adjusting needle and PMS?
