Re:Compare Carb Setups... 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Ok guys, I believe I have it dialed in. I replaced the leaky Roadhouse Dooley's and wow, what a difference. I was having trouble getting it just right, seemed like it changed every time I rode it. New exhaust, and big difference. Ok enough chit chat, here is my final setup:

Exhaust: Road Burner Velocity Pro 2:1 (SWEEEEET!)
Air: BAK
Needle: DJ - 3rd groove from blunt end with 1 washer
Main Jet: Mikuni 170
Pilot Jet: Stock
PMS: Max Air
PMS Turns: 2.5

This is my final setup, until I change it again...

Thanks to Doc, Musky, and everyone else on the forum for all your help...

If Dozer does not respond. I will be in Tn in about 10 days. I might want them if they will fit an 05. Do you think they are salvageable?

I'll takem if you'll let me send you the money for shipping them and whatever you need for your trouble of boxin them up. I'm in North, Ga coupla hundred miles from you. And at 3.50 a gallon it'd be hard to talk the ol'lady into that kinda Sunday drive lol. I'm in no rush just whenever you got time

Pretty sure they will fit an 05, they are missing one tip and screw to hold on sid tip. All in all they are in good shape. Just never could get the 3 leaks to stop. Some others may have fixes for this?
The hose clamps are not very good from the factory. The baffles have been modified to be louder, and sound really good. I just got tired of messing with them. Save somebody some money...

Sorry dude,
I don't have any thing to ship them in, I already got rid of the box my new ones came in. I could only imagine how much it would cost to ship them. If you want to pick them up the're all yours. Even at 3.50 a gallon I guarrantee you'll be saving money. I used to sale a lot on ebay and always hated shipping the stuff. Let me know, cause there are other takers and I don't need them hangin around in the garage.
