Got bored today, since it was raining I decided to port my intake and change transfer case fluid. Not a bad job at all. Only took about 2 beers and half way thru cooking a beer can chicken. Have'nt rode the bike yet to see any difference (darn rain) but glad to save 150.00 on a ported intake. If anyone has any hesitation on doing - no worries.
This forum is great, I keep wondering if I'll ever run out of things to tinker with but I doubt it. I'll be leaving for a ride next weekend to Dothan, Al to see some family. Think I'll go up I-75 to 84 and go west so I can say I went thru 3 states. (Fl, Ga, Al.) Better take some rain gear as it IS summer in the south.
