Gold Boarder Posts: 895 Re:Electrical question for a newbie 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago   Roadies are ULTRA-sesitive to bad battery connections... (and I don't mean the obvious ones either...) Last week, I drove into town and did some business... Came out, went to start my bike... the starter button made a click and then nothing! No Gauges, no clock... Dead! Opened the seat, took out my Swiss army knife... un-did the battery terminals and tightened them up again... VROOOM!!! On my way... Had, my one year anniversary with my Star, last week, and this is the third time it has happened... Terminals look fine, feel tight, but... BTW:   Logged     Over 50...? Never miss the oppertunity to pee, never waste an erection...
