Should I have to pull out or push in first before turning it (02 Silverado)? The bike sounds PERFECT when I first fire her up (potato, potato, potatoe), and I do mean perfect. After I run down the road and she gets good an warmed up, it's like her idle is set to high when sitting still in neutal.
