The actual hypercharger is the same for any bike the only differences is the mounting hardware different bikes have different kits available.

R4C, I don't have the answer to you're pricing question. I got my HC @ Republic on e-bay and have never had a problem in any rain storm I've been caught in. I also got my Jack badge on it from J&P for about $11 and just velcro'd it on if that gives you any ideas about getting what you want on it. If not, then check out what someone here once posted a site for HC badges. Beware, it is "R" rated - http://www.stargis.net/webslinger/CutomHypercharger.htm
