Shouldnt have to rejet. I'm running a 2007 Silverado with the stock pipes modded stage 3. Never touched the jets. Bike is completely stock other than modding the pipes. The only thing that I have noticed is that if I am in a low gear and suddenly let off the fuel, such as on a hill, every now and then I will get a backfire(I'm told with scary flame after dark). But I have to almost be trying to make the bike do it to make it happen. I'm told that I could adjust that out with the pms screw but I've been afraid to take that step. You do not have to rejet though. Hope this helps.
