decesq Nice to see another hoosier onboard. From the southern end myself. Lots of good information to be learned here, and new friends to meet. How about some pics of your scoot too.

Hi Decesq... Welcome to the clinic. What town in Indiana? I live south of Indy... Nineveh area.

I rode to montreal last October and went through Penn and N.Y. Loved the mountains up though N.Y to the Border; sunny day and trees were turning... loved it! I remember the dairymen were all out putting up silage and hay and the smells were great; they reminded my of my childhhood on the farm.

Getting ready to do it again this coming month.

I live in North Manchester...small town near Fort Wayne. Ive done a bit of riding in southern Inidana since moving here from Michigan a couple of years ago. Last fall I rode down 135 south of Indy, through Morgan, Brown & Jackson counties (lunched at the Story Inn) then all the way down to Corydon where I went west on 62 then south on 66 along the ohio river. what a great ride! Riding through the Hoosier national forest was like a 40 mile tunnel of trees. Hope to repeat again this fall.

I have tried to post pics of my bike, but they wont upload...files must be to big. I will try to find some others.

I know exactly where N.M. is... used to call on folks there all the time years ago.

And I often make the ride you have mentioned.... My wife and I love it. Let me know when you are coming this way again and maybe I will be able to ride some of the way with you - around Nashville etc.

We often ride 60-70 miles through the countryside down here and rarely get up to 40 mph. Lot's of tree lined meandering back roads through the hills down here.
