I recently placed an order with them. Their customer service is scoring a 2 of a possible 10 currently. They claim to send you a shipping notification when the parts leave the warehouse, I didn't recieve one untill I called to ask six days after placing the order. Actually talking to some one there was a chore also, I was cut off while on hold every time I called their online support number and didn't get a response to my emails or voice messages. I finally mannaged to speak to some one when I called their retail store (had to google the phone no.). The retail guy got a message to the online people, and magically my parts were shipped just before they called me back with a tracking number. I have since recieved a partial shippment and just found out another part of my order was shipped yesterday (no email recieved), and another part is still on backorder.

I hope anyone else that orders from them has a better experience I have, but I'll be placing my orders elsewhere in the future.

That is who I ordered my Suzuki 2.5 needle set from. With shipping and all I still saved $15 from what the local stealers were charging. Shipping took about 5 days, just like they said.

I have no complaints.

Thats funny, I ordered stuff from Barron's and it just shows up on my doorstep, I had to call once because there web site was acting up, but then they gave me 10% off and free shipping....
Isn't that what they did with you??

I order from Seattle Sports Plaza sometimes. I never get an email confirmation that I ordered something or a shipping confirmation. Do you guys experience the same thing with them?

If I remember correctly I get email re: my purchase, no shipping confirmation though.

I have stopped in there to buy parts....they are a real dealership (nice one too)..one of the larger in MI.

They seem have to have good prices..

I don't know much about there online shopping.

6:23Pm and the wait is over, standing outside i could hear the rumble of the big brown truck. I knew it was for me because of the UPS tracking offered by Babbitts. I was skeptical at first because of reviews and experience I've had with late or missing online orders from other companies. As i sign for the package i gave a smile as if he was Santa and then he gave me my gift. In my garage i first open a beer and then another,ripping the flaps off the box i pulled every item one by one from the 27.2 pound box until the last one. One item missing i thought to myself "UPS tracking here i come!", It was clear,set to be delivered the next day. Not worried with beer in hand i examined my new gear,everything a perfect fit. I'm completely satisfied with the $1200.23 order that i placed with Babbitts. I will be telling everyone that Babbitts online is the place to shop.
