See, this is when it pays to be in a club. Just have everyone show up with you when it's time to complain/pick up your bike. 20 dudes on bikes pulling up with you kind of gets the message across in a gentle way. Especially if they are on the same brand/type. The dealer gets the message real quick that 20 mouths talking smack about him all over town is a bad thing.

That said I've been part of a dealer system and truthfully the manufacturer doesn't hold as much sway as you would think over any kind of dealership. They are small business men and a lot of what the dealership is comes from who and what that owner is. I'm fortunate that our owner here locally (Yamaha of Napa) is supportive and been decent to deal with.
