I plumb missed the from the bottom part guess I need new glass or I'm just getting old. As for the main and pilot just leave what he's got in and just move the needle to the 3rd with white spacer and two washers if those were the jets he was running before. He was a little rich before or he wouldn't have SVS so that will lean it out some in the midrange where he runs the most. As for the pilot need to find out how his idle is and up to 1/4 throttle first.

Dunno how many slots I have. I'll have to pull it again. How do I set clip up with either 5 or 6 slot needle so I can do it when I pull it. (Possibly 5 slot)

When Curt mentioned the spacer and washers do they go:
Clip on third slot from top with spacer below that and two washers below the spacer???

BTW - I did not drill out and replace with Baron's PMA screw. i was waiting for some feedback from yuse guys before I ordered any new parts. Should I order the Baron's PMA? How about the Baron jet kit?

Or am I good.....

Yep, clip in the 3rd slot down, white spacer,2 washers below that. Make sure you put a washer on top of the clip for the spring to rest on. Barons adj. screw is good , but you dont need it right now. You should drill the plug out and set your screw about 2 1/2 out to start. If you do,... and after you drill it out, run your screw in and see where it was set at the factory..... I'm just curious.

I will probably do the carb adjustments tomorrow afternoon or Saturday. It's supposed to rain till Sunday late so there's no rush now

I'm in the process of tinkering with the BAK to re-install after the Nemesis manifold install.

Here's a pic of my needle.

It had six slots and only two washers. As you can see, one on the bottom under the spacer and one on top for the spring.

Re:Analyze This! 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago
Just wanted to conclude this thread:

Performed Curt's Cure for SVS
Scoot runs good
Made suggested adjustments to carb
Performance worse
Realized that K&N was clogged bad when I bought bike causing rich mixture
Returned carb to original settings on needle
Scoot runs good
Ran tank with 8 oz. Seafoam added
Filled tank and added rest of Seafoam (8 oz.)
Will determine *city* MPG with my style of driving with next three tanks

Thanks Curt and Blackroadie for your help!
