So Doc, what is involved with setting up a nude pulley? Is it just pulling the belt covers off? I assume there is more to it.

Yes the chrome outer case has to come off.

The Yamaha one replaces the stock case and the chrome center piece screws into the stock pulley.

I always thought it would be cool to put LEDs into the bolts holes (the center spins) but haven't really sat down to figure out how to do it.
