Finally got my brake kit from PM...here is a mock-up that I did to get the measurements for my new spacers...yeah a little more machine work involved...shaving the disc dia. about .125...and making new outer spacers. Still don't know for sure if I have clearence for the double disc, I'll know soon...If not, then single it is.
Enjoy.

Double-disc? On the rear? This must be for show, not ridin'. You try to stop with double-disc on the rear, and you'll have to be so careful not to lock it up. One will do it very easily all by itself!

A few updates on the front disc set-up for Warstar...

After realizing that I needed to shave .125" off of the brake disc, and then figuring out how close that put me to the outer most cooling holes...
A good friend suggested that I wave the disc! Super cool...So we did...This should control any warping and blueing...and looks ultra-trick I think.
Now I can get my final wheel spacers made and weld a tab for the caliper mounting rod.

Here are some photos:

Also a picture of my seat that I ordered up last week from Tommmy Mason out in Arveda,CO.
I went without the cross-stitching on the front, but the same pattern...
And my seat springs that my dad scrounged for me...
(Exhuast valve springs from an International 1466 tractor.) LOL
I'm not using the springs in the typical spring-seat fashion...building the seat frame patterns as we speak...I will post them as they are available.
