It only takes once for that to happen. It's pretty safe to say you won't do that again.

I had that happen to me 20 some years ago, but it only happened once.

I started paying alot closer attention after an incident a couple of months ago.

Rolled up to a red light, first one there, put my feet down and they happened to be on that wide white line that they use to mark the point you should stop before the intersection. This one seemed to be made of some kind of plastic or something, not the regular painted on. My right boot didn't get any traction and just started sliding along down the line and the bike starting to lean over with the foot still sliding. Not to bad except I'm in neutral and can't raise my foot to get into gear. Thankfully there was just enough hill that when I let off the brake I rolled back enough for my foot to get a grip before I fell over, that was about to be a REALLY embarassing situation.

What flavor was it?

You should be thankful you weren't driving a Toyota Prius... You'd still be sitting there!
