Fuel Level Adjustment 7 Years, 5 Months ago
Hey folks,

Would it be possible to make a *NOTE for Mr Tidy's article about the float level adjustment, to include;

*Note* On 04/05 models, the fuel level, (for adjusting the floats), is: 4.0 ~ 5.0 mm (0.16 ~ 0.20 in), 'ABOVE' the float chamber mating surface. 'Measurement' is taken in the same place as per article.

'Seems' I got into another discussion that folks found a misprint in the 2-part manual for the 04/05's. In the 2-part manual it's stating 'above' for the 1602 'AND' the 1700 carbs. Folks keep referenceing the RSC, so that's why I'm asking. I didn't 'see' if I could edit it, but, if you need me to, I can write an addendum for Mr. Tidy's article, 'but', a simple bold letter *NOTE, would probably suffice better. I'm sure Mike, (Mr. Tidy wouldn't mind).

Just a thought,

Joel (Odo)
