Made a cross country trip last summer on the Roadie. MAN I miss just being out on the road. Just me and wifey cruising along. No dealines, no pressures, just riding . Damn I hate being a responsible adult!

I just started reading, "Zen & The Art Of Motorcycle Maintenance." He says, "We're making good time, with the emphasis on good."

Yean man! Am already planning next summers trip back to Florida from Colorado. Might make a detour thru Utah, Nevada, Cali, Arizona, NM before making my way to Kentucky, W. Virgnia, Virginia, N. Carolina then down to Fl.! Since Im moving to FL might as well make this trip a good one!

I ran thru Tn on my back. I totally loved it. Came up 24 into KY. The southern part of TN was an awesome place to ride. I wrote about that for the mag on and my site. I Like TN. Wasnt real wild about the hiway design in Nashville tho LOL

Yeah... Nashville sucks. There's either 24, 840, or Briley Parkway. Briley's a friggin' nightmare at the best of times, and 24, once you get up towards Nashville, it's like Road Warrior out there. Crazy...

Yeah it was a bit crazy. The Florida turnpike was insane. From Wildwood to Boynton Beach...craziness. By far tho the worst place I have ever ridden was I-25 in and around Denver.

I've never been there, but I've been on I-5 and the 405 in SoCal during construction and rain and bumper-to-bumper traffic, and that gets pretty hairy 'n' scary, too. If people would actually drive their vehicles instead of putting on makeup, shaving, yacking on the cell phone, reading the newspaper, or trying to keep their pitbull from spilling their cocaine all over their assault rifles, the roads might actually be halfway safe.
