Other wheels that fit 3 Years, 7 Months ago

I know that a lot of yamaha parts are interchangable from model to model like lots of Vmax, R1,R6 and Thunderace parts interchange, but does anyone know if there are some non spoked wheels that will fit on a roady of another bike without too much hassle, i can make spacers, caliper hangers etc no prob.
Ive just got to change from the spoked wheels as in the UK they are getting in a real mess and wanted something easier to clean, but dont want to fork out lots of cash for custom wheels
