There is actually two, if you have the carbs off the bike you should be able to find a flat brass plug recessed in a hole, this should be it unless it has been worked on by a previous owner...You have to drill out the brass plug to access the pms screws....btw, don't separate the carbs from one another, or atleast you should not have to, this way you don't get them out of sinc...Hope this helps ya, it's been a few years since I had my 650.

Planet42: I recently joined PGR, and am interested in mounting 2 6"x9" flags to the back of my R* - maybe off the license plate. Does anyone have any suggestions on what mounts are good and where I can get them?
