This is from an older post from Roadgrabber...

Did a little research and here’s what I found;

RS XV17A (Road Star) with serial 5VN1 = USA, 5VN2 = California, 5VN6 = Canada

Just change last letter in red depending on year model; 2004: S – 2005: T – 2006: V – 2007: W

ie: 2005 models;
XV17AT: RS with spokes
XV17AWT: RS with cast wheels
XV17AMT: RS Midnight
XV17ATT: RS Silverado
XV17ATMT: RS Midnight Silverado

ie: 2003 models (1600cc);
XV16ALER: RS Silver Edition
XV16ATLER: RS Silverado Silver Edition
