Well... like someone else as already said.... lots of "sport bikers" like to run that section of road, plus it's a International draw to the area..... any and everybody wants to say they have "tamed the Dragon".

There have been too many wrecks up there, mainly because of those who think they need to ride the road faster than anyone else.... or because they just don't have the skill to ride on a curvy road like that ( and stay in their own lane ). Too many wannabees up there for me.....

Yep, I live fairly close to it, ride it every once in a while and avoid it whenever possible......

We have a lot of places up this way that are just as nice without the traffic..

Oh, now that's just not nice! I'll bet that if you could zoom in on the cops face he has a great big smile.

At least you now where he is. I would push the 5mph over the limit, then IF he stops you, tell him that ALL bike speedo's are off on purpose, that the factory makes them off (see thread - GPS vs Speedo)

I knew that would come in handy one day
