Jetting adjustments after exhaust/breather install 5 Years, 5 Months ago
Thought I'd continue this here.

I installed the Kuryakan 175 main jet and raised the needle by putting the clip on the 3rd groove. After adjusting the Pilot mixture screw, WOW, what a difference! It accels nicely now from idle to 1/2 throttle. Still have only 750 miles so I'm leary to push it much beyone that yet. Did have a chance to test the emissions yet, though. Will post those results along with my settings, equip., etc. tomorrow. That is if the weather man is dead wrong. I heard they're calling for rain through Christmas.

I know it's not quite right yet and once I install the Dyna 3000 ignition and tweak the carb more it's going to fly! Still waiting on my ported intake too.

Cheers! I'm goin' riding!

Looking forward to the analyzer results. I expect you're going to be a bit rich.

While you're out, try the WOT test.
