I lose on shipping all the time it seems (lost $$ in shipping on the two last items I've sold...) so I know you're dreading the 40 or so bucks it'll cost to get 'em back. Most people tell buyers what the specs are and it is up to them to determine whether or not they will fit. I've seen many auctions like that. Even if the buyer is a complete idiot, and probably couldn't install them if they were brand new, you may have taken responsibility. Do you have a link to the original auction? Now, even though I want to just refund her money, I cannot because Paypal is no longer giving me the option to refund. To make it better paypal has already closed the case now since they do not investigate cases like this. So where is my money, as it is still in limbo somewhere. Just to get this behind me I am wanting to give money back, but cannot do it until I get my initial payment back. The drama continues........
