Just curious what you've all done to your rides that you've all done for cheap. What's your favorite, the one you are most proud of?

Stage two exhaust has been my favorite. Expensive though, it took 45 minutes of my time! Or maybe the $5.00 red LED strips under my tank...

Hmmm. I think that this is a whole section we should keep track of.
Mods for under $50.
1. Poor man's Big Air; drilled holes in the air filter cover both front and back after installing a K&N filter.
2. Flipped the "bone" and lowered the butt end of the bike.
3. AIS removal.
4. $14 bucks for LED lights, $2.50 for switch; cool blue lights shine down on the chrome heads and other bright work.
5. Removed the old foam from the seat and put in a softer, less bulky foam that dropped me down an inch. Feels better on my old butt, for sure.
6. Installed a "cigar lighter" power outlet under the seat to run GPS or charge cell phone on camping trips.
7. $9 for a plastic lever on the throttle that make it more relaxing to keep the speed up with the heel of my hand instead of holding on with all five fingers.

Chrome sink plugs to replace the black plastic swing arm covers.

Tampa will be running to Lowe's or Home Depot when he sees this.
